Fika = Coffee, cake, company, conversation.

Stephen Karl Treharne has been writing poetry since the age of nine following a traumatic event. The written word for Stephen is a healing process and he continues to find new ways to express the comfort of words through poetry. He has a number of poems published in various books and has written poetry commissioned by the National Botanic Gardens of Wales. His latest project will incorporate poetry and vlogging and will be introduced via social media by the end of 2020.
