Welcome to the BodyVoice workshop led by musician/performing artist Netanel Seri and dance artist Stina Nilsson.
This workshop explores how we can relate to each other and the space, creating rhythms, flow and tempo based on each person's skills and experience level.

Through breathing, interacting and listening, we explore the possibilities of movement and voice for communication and creativity. Finding stimulus for the body and the mind with a smile.

Workshop - Lucy Durneen - So what is a lyric essay anyway?

“…I was in one neighborhood, moving towards another, thinking, ‘This fog….’
but slowly such that it took me a while to realise I wanted to say more than
‘this fog’ about it… Eventually I thought, ‘this is an essay’, then looked up to take it
all in…” (Renee Gladman; Calamities)
Have you ever noticed something so unusual or beautiful, you really wanted to say something about it? Or had the feeling that there’s something important you need to share… but you’re not quite sure how? The Lyric Essay might be for you! But what exactly is this form? A poem? Memoir? Creative Non Fiction? This workshop will introduce the concept of the Lyric Essay and explore examples, with the aim of producing our own short pieces, or ‘flash essays.’

Detta arbete har framkommit från forskningsteman förkroppsligad mikroaktivism och växtinlärning. Vi försöker förstå hur vi och dessa teman påverkar och är beroende av varandra. Var i våra kroppar finns gamla mönster av systemroller inskrivna och hur får jag tillgång till att skriva om dem? Ett fysiskt förhållningssätt som leker med olika nivåer av förkroppsligande, kontakt och atmosfär.

Quarter of a life är ett möte mellan artisten och hennes publik. Med hennes kropp som arkiv börjar en resa genom dåtid, nutid och framtid. Tusen tankar och minnen byggs upp tills de är sammanflätade. Berättelsen bärs av en kropp som uttrycker sig genom gester, rytmer, talade ord och sång. Med transparens utsätter konstnären oss för olika fysiska tillstånd som får oss att pendla mellan utmattning och lättnad. Fri, kroppen bär artistens röst.

Sefirot

The work has a postmodernist basis in the sense that the spoken text is valued equally
as much as music and dance, and that it can be spoken in many different ways. Sefirot is
structured as a picture show, where one's own imagination creates the story. The audience is active with their associations, senses and emotions. Poetry beyond words.
The theme is Jewish culture, spirituality, love together with seriousness and comedy. The actor takes on sensuality, aggression, joy and sadness.

Ljussättnings workshop med Örjan Fjällström

“Lighting for camera” is a Two and a half hour work shop with the magic around lighting design. Know how for images taken by your mobile phone or by a professional TV camera. Questions like hard or soft light, cold or warm light colour. “En face” or sideways with it owns challenges. For you working in studio or out doing documentary or drama on location or just interesting in taking good photos.
Örjan Fjällström is a TV lighting designer with thousands of programs in his backpack. Items as “The long elk migration”, “Go´kväll” and many many more. He is a member of the Swedish and English association for TV lighting designers.

Passion for film - Pırıltı Onukar and Ozan Alp Hiçyılmaz

They have worked as a duo on the animation film and video essay: Süveydâ. A project that unfolded through over three years of conversations and translation from one medium to the other. After that, they pursued their individual artistic practices in İzmir and Amsterdam while continuing to converse about ecology, post/trans-humanisms, the role of unconscious desires in face of the totalizing whole of so-called globalizations and while exploring different eco-materials, technologies, rituals and myths.

A protest against war and its consequences, this physical theater piece argues that the best weapons in the fight for peace in the world are humanity and empathy. Through dance and a visual world of tree branches, fabric and a battered suitcase, we explore what binds us and what sets us free. Anna, Ukrainian, and Sarah, American, depart from folk traditions of their very different cultural backgrounds and create a journey that could happen anywhere at any time.
